the first sentence means: You are so kind.
The second is no proper German.
It could mean: "Ich wünschte ich wäre bei Ihnen"
german translation: I wished I were with you.

Or it could mean: "Ich wünschte ich wäre Sie"
german translation: I wished I were you.
