Is Milka a german chocolate?

Is Milka really a german chocolate? I thought this was a Swiss Chocolate, made in Switzerland, yes?

Hi,
in 1901, Milka chocolate was born - by swiss manufacturers like Philippe Suchard. Suchard was for many years an independent company.
In 1990 the german food company Kraft acquired the majority of Suchard, including Milka. The chocolate is mainly produced in (Lörrach) Germany and in a number of other locations worldwide.
