Hazelnut topped cookie

My question is for the name or recipe for the cookie I used to buy in bakeries in karlsruhe germany. It was a shortbread type base dipped in dark chocolate and topped with whole hazelnuts and maybe a honey glaze. Can someone please help me. thanks.
