German ToTo Suckers

As a Military Brat living in Germany I fell in love with the candy that we call Toto Suckers - it was a hard candy on a plastic stick in a variety of flavors. We couldn't wait for the end of our school day so that we stop by the local curbside vendor and grab a couple of the suckers before we headed home. Later in life I returned to Germany as a Military Officer and treated my children to those wonderful treats that my friends and myself came to love. I often wonder whatever happen to those treats and are they even available now so that I could introduce my Grandchildren to them.
