Free Printable Gift Certificates

Our free printable gift certificates let you give the perfect gift to a loved one, a friend, or a co-worker. The certificate itself might just be a piece of paper, but the thought behind it is truly personal. Often, what you give the recipient with a gift certificate is personal as well.

Downloading:

All of our free printable gift certificates download as PDF files. This means you will need to have a PDF reader to view and print them. If you don't already have a PDF reader on your computer, you can download the industry-standard Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader (it's free!) at Adobe.com. Just follow the directions at the link.

Printing:

All of our printable gift certificates are designed to be printed on either an inkjet or laser printer using DIN A4 paper.

The gift certificate's description will tell you whether you should print it on card stock, regular copier paper, business cards or photographic paper.

Tip: Because most of our professionally designed gift certificates include high quality photos, we recommend you print them on photographic paper.

After your gift certificate is printed, cut it out along the black lines, fold it on the dotted line, and then write your message inside.

Other Information Regarding Our Free Gift Certificate Templates

Use the best pen you own, and make it a rollerball pen, not a ballpoint. With just a few written lines you'll be able to convey your thoughts using one of our free gift certificate templates. What sorts of things can you include on one of our certificates?

Reason: What is your reason for giving a gift certificate? Is it for Valentine's Day, or a birthday? If you don't mention your reason on the certificate, make sure you accompany it with an appropriate card.

Name: It's nice when the recipient knows the certificate is intended for them.
